What the Nutrition Values Mean
The calorie counts come from standard USDA food composition data for dairy milks and widely cited commercial figures for unsweetened plant-based milks. Values are rounded to one decimal place. Keep in mind that flavored milks, chocolate milk, and sweetened plant-based drinks contain added sugar that can add anywhere from 20 to 60 kcal per serving.
